CCA boys down the West Delaware Hawks

4-0 home win for CCA

TIFFIN– It wasn’t an edge-of-your-seat thriller of a soccer match as there wasn’t much drama on Tuesday, April 14, when the Clear Creek Amana (CCA) Clipper boys varsity soccer team defeated the visiting Hawks of West Delaware 4-0. That was just fine with head coach Tim Benson.
“We’re OK with that. There was plenty of drama the last two games (first two of the season) with an overtime win, and Solon was knocking on the door the whole second half,” Benson said.
In both matches the opponent scored first, forcing the Clippers to come from behind for the win.
