MAQUOKETA– The Solon boy’s track team took advantage of some decent weather last week, winning one invitational meet, and finishing second at another. Solon put three in finals at Hadenfeldt Invitational

SOLON– The Solon wrestling team advanced three to the finals of the Ed Hadenfeldt Invitational at Solon this past Saturday. Brian Haight at 132 pounds, Matt Quinn at 184, and heavyweight Logan Linderbaum finished runner-up for the Spartans. West Branch won the tournament with 165 points, outdistancing Iowa Valley.
