Free dance class coming in February

NORTH LIBERTY– Sign up now for a free, four-week session of dance classes taught by the University of Iowa Dancers In Company, held at the North Liberty Recreation Center from Feb. 11 to March 4.
The series of hour-long weekend workshops will teach components of hip-hop, jazz and modern dance, as well as opportunities to learn combinations from the company’s repertoire. On week four, participants will travel to the University of Iowa to see Dancers in Company perform.
Classes are geared toward people ages 13-18, with no previous experience necessary. Sign up now in the North Liberty Community Library, 520 W. Cherry St., or call 319-626-5716 for information.
