I scream, you scream, we all scream for centennial ice cream

NORTH LIBERTY– As part of its 2013 year-long centennial celebration, the City of North Liberty is holding an ice-cream recipe contest. Submit your favorite ice-cream recipe for a chance to have it featured for all your friends and neighbors to enjoy at Isaac’s Creamery.
Pick a base, sweet swirl-in, and a great mix-in and email your recipe by March 1 to: northliberty100@gmailcom. Drop off a recipe with Tracey Mulcahey at North Liberty City Hall, 3 Quail Creek Cr., North Liberty.
