Library holiday decorations

Over 100 teddy bears are adorning the “beary” special Christmas tree in the children’s section of the library. Be sure and stop in the children’s area and take a look. Toni Russo’s “Candy Land” display window features two wonderful gingerbread houses baked and decorated especially for the window by Mark Mueller. Stained glass Santa Clauses from around the world are hanging gaily in the windows behind the circulation desk. These Santa Clauses were all crafted by Charles Whetstine and are on loan to the library for the holiday season. Appearing in the adult reading area is a large tree in green, gold and burgundy.
