Lois D. Runnels, 89, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. She is the mother of Amy Anderson and her husband, Bruce of Solon; and Dee Runnels of Moline, Ill.; and grandmother to Kate, Joe and Jake.
There was a Celebration of Lois’ life on Oct. 27 at the First United Methodist Church in Clinton. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Clinton, for capital improvements, or to the family for the purchase of a memorial tree and plaque on the Clinton riverfront. Excess donations for the riverfront memorial will be given to the church.
