A postal clerk and a librarian, the Vogels share a passion for art, which they pursued over decades, becoming two of the most important collectors of minimalist and conceptual art with more than 4,000 pieces.
“Beastly” (2011, PG13) Fans of the young adult novel by Alex Flinn will want to check out the film version of this modern-day take on the “Beauty and the Beast” tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love.
“Cedar Rapids” (2011, R) Ed Helms stars in this comedy about a salesman sent to Cedar Rapids to represent his company at an annual insurance convention, where he soon finds himself under the “guidance” of three convention veterans.
“Unknown” (2011, PG13) Liam Neesam stars in this mystery/thriller as man who awakens from a coma, only to discover that someone has taken on his identity and that no one, (not even his wife), believes him. With the help of a young woman, he sets out to prove who he is. Also stars January Jones of the popular TV series “Mad Men”.
“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (TV-MA) Seasons 1 & 2. Four young friends with big egos and slightly arrogant attitudes are the proprietors of an Irish bar in Philadelphia in this popular and critically acclaimed comedy series, which has now run for six seasons.
