Nash fundraiser Sept. 12 to fight battle against cancer

NORTH LIBERTY– The friends and family of Bill Nash are inviting the community to a silent auction, bake sale and volleyball tournament on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the First United Methodist Church, 85 N. Jones Blvd, North Liberty, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Money raised will go to the Bill Nash Family to put toward medical expenses. If amount needed is exceeded the remaining amount will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of Bill and the community to help fight cancer.
