South Slope seeks input from customers
NORTH LIBERTY– South Slope Cooperative Communications is conducting focus groups led by Strategic America as part of an initiative to better understand its customers, their telecommunication behaviors and pricing perspectives. Focus groups are just one of a number of ways in which South Slope is seeking the input of residential customers, business customers, and customer prospects.
“Our customers are the center of our business and we want to do everything we can to meet their current needs and anticipate their future needs. In an ever evolving industry, South Slope strives to deliver the services and quality products customers need to communicate, whether it is with family here in the Corridor or with business internationally,” said Justyn M. Miller, South Slope CEO.
Anyone interested in participating in future focus groups may register by contacting the South Slope Cooperative communications department at 319-626-2211. South Slope invites members of the community to email questions and feedback regarding phone, Internet, and television services to firstname.lastname@example.org.
