Standards-based grading

The 2011-2012 district study states, “SCSD stakeholders will analyze and study aspects of standards-based grading and reporting at all grade levels.” At the Dec. 8 School Improvement Advisory Committee meeting, committee members listened to the perspectives of middle school and high school teachers and students as it relates to standards-based grading. A parent/community forum focusing on standards-based grading will be held in the spring at a date to be determined.
