Solon youth football camp to be held Aug. 1-4

SOLON– The 2011 Spartan Youth Football Camp for students entering second through eighth grade will be held Aug. 1-4 at the Spartan practice field located behind the high school. Second through fifth-graders will attend from 9-10:30 a.m., and sixth through eighth-graders will attend from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The fee is $55, with checks payable to Solon Football.
This camp will allow each camper to learn and apply the various skills and techniques applicable to football.
Coaches and Solon players will spend time teaching and demonstrating fundamental aspects that are essential to player development. Additionally, campers will take part in various competitions.
