Evelyn Rae Rotter, 73, lifetime resident of Iowa City, died peacefully at the home of her daughter on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012. Graveside services were held Jan. 13 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City.
Local survivors include her brother Larry (Kathy) Elliott of North Liberty.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
