Food Pantry announces grand opening May 27

SOLON– The Solon Community Food Pantry will host a grand opening ceremony on Sunday, May 27, from 9 a.m. until noon. The pantry opens for clients on Monday, June 4, and will be open weekly on Mondays from 3 until 6 p.m. at the Solon United Methodist Church, 122 N, West St., Solon.
Entry to the food pantry, located in the lower level, is through the back door of the church across from the Solon Fire Station.

Food donations will be received Saturdays from 9 until 11 a.m. or Mondays from 9 a.m. until noon. If you prefer another drop-off time, call 319-624-2710 to make arrangements.
