NORTH LIBERTY– “What do you love about our community? What do you think would make North Liberty a better place to live? How could we do that together?”
These are questions a group of people asked over the last year as they followed God’s call to find ways to better serve the community. They started by asking community members what they think North Liberty needs to make it a better place to live. The group gathered a lot of information through that process and want to share it with others.
The North Liberty Building Community group welcomes all interested parties– individuals, churches, and organizations– to two city-wide gatherings on May 29, from 6 until 9 p.m. and on May 31, from 9 a.m. until noon, to share ideas and explore taking those ideas from vision to reality. Both meetings will be held at the North Liberty Community Center. The evening gathering will include a light supper with sandwiches, vegetables and drinks. The morning gathering will include coffee and snacks.
