Congratulations to all the June winners. There is another contest for July so be sure and register at the circulation desk each time you complete a book.
Expanding DVD Collection
The DVD collection now boasts almost 600 titles! Ask if you can’t find a title as family movies may be shelved in the children’s collection area. Staff will help you locate DVDs or place them on hold if they’re checked out. All suggestions received are considered, but not everything will be added to the collection due to availability and budget. There have been requests for additional TV series. The TV series in the collection have been donated, and as they are more expensive than a movie, most of the TV series that will be added will be through donation. If your interest is TV series, the complete “Sports Night” series is available. This comedy series ran from 1998-2000 and was critically acclaimed. It’s a show about a show about sports, that isn’t about sports at all!
