Free meal for veterans to be held Nov. 11
NORTH LIBERTY– The North Liberty American Legion Ladies Auxiliary will again be offering a complimentary dinner to any veteran and one guest on Monday, Nov. 11, at the South Slope Telecommunications Center on Mehaffey Bridge Rd. in North Liberty beginning at 6 p.m. Register early, as a large crowd is anticipated to hear guest speaker Mike Chapman, editor of the Iowa History Journal.
