Horn quartet in concert at F.W. Kent Park July 17
IOWA CITY– The Johnson County Conservation Department is excited to announce another free outdoor concert coming up on July 17 at F.W. Kent Park.
Tuesday, July 17, the Bon Vivant Horn Quartet will kick-off the week with a concert at the Youth Group Camp at F.W. Kent Park at 7 p.m. Bon Vivant is made up of local professional French Horn players. They will play a selection of chamber quartet music arranged for French Horns.
Bring your lawn chairs or a blanket and come to the Youth Group Camp at 7 p.m. for both outdoor concerts. Food and beverages are welcome but alcohol is not allowed in the Youth Group Camp. Put your feet up and enjoy some time outdoors listening to the soothing sounds of these great local musicians.
