More basketball honors for Calia Clubb

Junior Calia Clubb goes up for two points Feb. 12, at home, against West Delaware. Clubb picked up more honors last week from the Iowa Girls Coaches Association, the Iowa Press Sports Writers Association and the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association after leading CCA with 257 points this season.

TIFFIN– Clear Creek Amana (CCA) High School junior Calia Clubb picked up more honors for her varsity basketball efforts this season. Clubb led the Clippers with 257 points and 233 rebounds this year as CCA claimed a third of the WaMaC West Championship and topped the WaMaC overall.
The Iowa Girls Coaches Association (IGCA) recognized Clubb, naming her to the Class 4A Southeast All-District Team, while the Iowa Press Sports Writers Association (IPSWA) named her to the 4A Second Team. In addition, the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) selected her for the 4A Region 5 All-Substate Team. Clubb was a unanimous WaMaC West All Conference First Team pick.
