Thelma Hazel Walter

Thelma Hazel Walter, 88, died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, at the English Valley Care Center in North English. Celebration of Life Service was held Tuesday, Sept. 15, at North English United Methodist Church, with Pastor Kirk Statler officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Williamsburg. Visitation was Sept. 14 at Powell Funeral Home in North English.
