North Liberty Optimists’ annual pancake breakfast to be March 2

NORTH LIBERTY– North Liberty Optimists will hold their 40th Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, March 2, from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the North Liberty Community Center.
All proceeds go to the youth of North Liberty. Some of what they support includes:
• North Liberty baseball and softball leagues.
• Scouting programs and 4-H.
• North Liberty library, parks and community center.
• North Liberty schools and family resource center.
• Kid friendly holiday food baskets.
• North Liberty Food Pantry.
• Heart Connection (send kids with cancer to camp).
• Youth scholarships.
Tickets for the pancake breakfast are $6 for adults and $2 for children under 10.
Tickets can be purchased at Chiropractic TLC, at the library, at city hall, and at any of the banks in town.
